I started writing this blog as a way to get my thoughts down on paper. I was going through a rough patch and thought writing was an excellent way to help me through that. Help me process. So I started writing.

Somewhere along the way I decided I wanted to inspire others and offer ideas for a healthier lifestyle. I am a Registered Nurse. I teach Zumba classes. I adore yoga. I am becoming more crunchy granola everyday. I love nature and hiking. I enjoy wine and food. I am always excited to try something new. And I’m happy.

Perhaps you will find my blog helpful. Perhaps it will simply be a nice record of my day-to-day for me to look back on. Either way, I am satisfied.
